Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- Experience with Point of Sale systems, NCR knowledge is a plus
- Ability to review and present profit and loss statements
- Skills in food cost and labor cost management
- Proficient in cash handling
- Strong passion for healthy food and lifestyle
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Operate store location to meet company financial and operational goals
- Oversee hiring, training, and coaching of staff
- Manage cash handling and audit procedures
- Ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations
- Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements and KPI performance
- Promote the brand through local community partnerships, promotions, and sampling
