Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of management experience in retail or restaurant settings
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Experience with cash handling and audits
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- Understanding of profit and loss management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Multilingual ability is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- Proficiency in point of sale systems, knowledge of NCR is a plus
- Ability to review and present profit and loss statements
- Skilled in food cost and labor cost management
- Experience in food preparation and cash handling
- Working knowledge of California labor laws
- Passion for healthy food and lifestyle
- Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with care and tact
Job Duties
- Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Operate and manage all aspects of store performance and operations
- Hire, train, and coach employees to meet company standards
- Manage sales performance, including maximizing POS and POP sales
- Handle cash audits and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain food safety standards and compliance with local health regulations
- Oversee profit and loss statements while managing food and labor costs
- Develop community partnerships and promote brand awareness
