Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of management experience in retail or restaurant settings
  • Proficiency with POS systems
  • Experience with cash handling and audits
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
  • Understanding of profit and loss management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Multilingual ability is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
  • Proficiency in point of sale systems, knowledge of NCR is a plus
  • Ability to review and present profit and loss statements
  • Skilled in food cost and labor cost management
  • Experience in food preparation and cash handling
  • Working knowledge of California labor laws
  • Passion for healthy food and lifestyle
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with care and tact

Job Duties

  • Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Operate and manage all aspects of store performance and operations
  • Hire, train, and coach employees to meet company standards
  • Manage sales performance, including maximizing POS and POP sales
  • Handle cash audits and ensure proper cash handling procedures
  • Maintain food safety standards and compliance with local health regulations
  • Oversee profit and loss statements while managing food and labor costs
  • Develop community partnerships and promote brand awareness
