Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- Experience with point-of-sale systems, preferably NCR
- Knowledge of profit and loss statements and financial management
- Skills in food cost and labor cost management
- Experience with food preparation and safety standards
- Ability to manage cash handling processes
- Understanding of California labor laws
- Passion for healthy food and lifestyle
Job Duties
- Build and lead a store team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Hire, train, and coach staff members
- Operate the store’s point-of-sale system to maximize sales
- Ensure compliance with food safety and local health regulations
- Monitor and manage profit and loss statements
- Handle cash auditing and cash handling procedures
- Develop local community partnerships and promotional activities
