Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of management experience
- Experience managing day-to-day operations of home services business units
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve KPIs
- Experience with financial management and P&L responsibility
- Ability to mentor and develop managers
- Customer service orientation
- Proficient in operational planning and process implementation
Job Qualifications
- 10+ years management experience
- 5+ years overseeing day-to-day operations of a Home Services (HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing) Business Unit
- Track record of year over year business growth
- Proven success implementing and attaining KPI's
- Profit and Loss experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience working for a small to medium-sized company
- Train, coach, and mentor company leaders
Job Duties
- Be a driver of business growth in an accelerated time period
- Provide excellent leadership to teams and individual employees
- Lead, coach, mentor, train, and manage 3-5 managers
- Empower others to do what it takes to provide unparalleled customer service to mitigate customer complaints
- Develop and implement processes and structure to achieve profit and growth goals, and manages expenditures operational excellence
- Manage revenue through analyzing profitability and finding ways to improve inefficiencies
- Provide outstanding organizational processes to ensure efficient planning of material distribution and labor forecasting to exceed customer satisfaction while ensuring a positive financial performance
- Be the liaison across support teams, procurement, field teams, sales, and technical services to ensure best practices are always utilized
- Ensure accurate inventory controls are in place for fleet, parts and materials to reduce discrepancies
- Diplomatically and collaboratively work with vendors, government entities, community leaders and other 3rd party partners
- Execute the business plan, implement new strategies, and document processes
- Create and hold others accountable to the achievement of KPI's
- Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and 1:1's
