Job Duties

  • be a driver of business growth in an accelerated time period
  • provide excellent leadership to teams and individual employees
  • lead, coach, mentor, train, and manage 3-5 managers
  • empower others to do what it takes to provide unparalleled customer service to mitigate customer complaints
  • develop and implement processes and structure to achieve profit and growth goals, and manages expenditures operational excellence
  • manage revenue through analyzing profitability and finding ways to improve inefficiencies
  • provide outstanding organizational processes to ensure efficient planning of material distribution and labor forecasting to exceed customer satisfaction while ensuring a positive financial performance
  • be the liaison across support teams, procurement, field teams, sales, and technical services to ensure best practices are always utilized
  • ensure accurate inventory controls are in place for fleet, parts and materials to reduce discrepancies
  • diplomatically and collaboratively work with vendors, government entities, community leaders and other 3rd party partners
  • execute the business plan, implement new strategies, and document processes
  • create and hold others accountable to the achievement of KPIs
  • promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and 1:1's
