Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 7 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
  • Or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 5 years experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
  • Prior general manager experience in limited or full service property preferred
  • Demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 7 years relevant experience
  • Or 4-year bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant experience
  • Proven leadership experience in hotel/property management
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Experience with sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated ability in talent management and organizational development

Job Duties

  • Develop business strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Execute business plans to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
