Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience in large-scale venues, hotels, or premium hospitality environments
  • 3+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers or department heads
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
  • Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Lead suite-level food and beverage operations across all events
  • Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of management teams
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Partner with culinary leadership to execute premium menus and service standards
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company policies
  • Collaborate with sales and client services to support suite holder satisfaction
