Job Qualifications

- conversational Spanish beneficial
- four-year degree highly preferred
Job Duties
- Function as the primary strategic business leader of the property
- manage general property performance
- manage and sustain sales and marketing strategy
- manage profitability and revenue generation
- lead team development and implementation of property-wide strategies
- ensure service programs like Service So Memorable are executed
- provide real-time feedback to management and associates
- review and follow-up on property guest satisfaction scores
- assign clear responsibilities within management team
- monitor property cleanliness and maintenance standards
- manage labor flow to meet budget and profitability goals
- delegate operational responsibilities
- prepare for quality assurance audits
- leverage sales and marketing advantages over competitors
- coach and reinforce associate selling strategies
- develop new revenue streams through property amenities
- analyze and communicate property performance data
- manage controllable costs for rooms, housekeeping, events, and food and beverage
- maintain revenue management goals
- consolidate financial and operational reports
- review revenue management reports
- update brand leadership and owners on performance
- prepare and present reports for ownership and corporate leadership
- conduct annual business reviews
- participate in owner conference calls
- conduct associate performance reviews
- manage ongoing development of managers
- deliver associate training
- handle day-to-day human resource transactions
- facilitate cultural activities that reinforce company culture
