Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years experience in management role within hospitality, fitness, or golf industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Proven track record of driving sales and membership growth
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience managing a hospitality, fitness, golf, or membership-based business
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in sales, membership growth, or business development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Passion for golf, fitness, or sports performance preferred
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and manage front desk staff while coordinating with management to hire and manage coaches and instructors
  • Schedule staffing to ensure proper coverage and high service levels
  • Provide ongoing training and performance management
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture
  • Oversee daily operations of golf simulators, gym equipment, and wellness areas
  • Ensure all technology systems are functioning properly, including TrackMan and booking systems
  • Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships
  • Maintain operational processes and policies
  • Deliver a best-in-class hospitality experience for all members and guests
  • Ensure the studio is consistently clean, organized, and operating at a luxury standard
  • Build strong relationships with members and create a welcoming community
  • Address member concerns quickly and professionally
  • Organize and execute member events to build community and increase retention
  • Manage location revenue and expense performance
  • Monitor key metrics including memberships, events, lessons, and simulator utilization
  • Provide reporting and insights to leadership and accounting teams
  • Drive new membership sales through tours, outreach, and local partnerships
  • Maintain a high membership retention rate through strong service and engagement
  • Manage inbound leads and convert prospective members into active memberships
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and community engagement
  • Build relationships with golf clubs, corporate partners, and local businesses
  • Drive corporate event bookings and private group experiences
  • Develop relationships with companies in the Newport/Irvine business community
  • Work with leadership on pricing, packages, and promotional initiatives
  • Ensure all events are executed at a premium hospitality standard
  • Support golf coaches and instructors in building lesson businesses
  • Monitor lesson activity and ensure high quality coaching experiences
  • Promote player development programs, clinics, and leagues
