Job Requirements

- ability to support sister stores in the region
- physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and maneuver loads

Job Qualifications
- 10 plus years experience as a grocery store manager with full P&L accountability
- demonstrated success building and leading teams that deliver excellent customer service
- extensive experience using financial statements to manage labor, inventory, shrink, and departmental operations
- experience coaching, training, and developing team members
- knowledge of food safety programs and ServSafe certification preferred
- experience in wellness and specialty product categories a plus
Job Duties
- deliver unforgettable customer experiences
- master the profit and loss statement including hiring, forecasting labor, controlling overtime, shrink, and cost drivers, optimizing merchandising and inventory, building actionable financial plans
- build a high-performance inspired team by fostering trust, coaching and developing future leaders, handling complex situations, creating an inclusive culture
- drive sales through smart merchandising and planogram execution, focusing on wellness and specialty departments
- uphold gold-standard operations including inventory accuracy, food safety and sanitation, maintaining a clean and safe store
- collaborate with Director of Operations, home office, vendors, and peers to achieve financial and operational results
