Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant independently owned and operated by a McDonald's franchisee. Unlike McDonald's USA corporate operations, this franchisee is a separate legal entity holding the license to use McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. The franchisee independently manages all employment matters at the restaurant, making hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and other personnel decisions autonomously. Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience as a general manager in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high customer service and food safety standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience at high volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Proven ability to meet sales and operational goals
  • At least 18 years old to meet legal employment requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead a team of department managers by setting goals, providing coaching, and following up on progress
  • Hire and develop department and shift managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality consistently
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee discipline as needed
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
