Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers in setting goals and improving their departments
- provide coaching and direction to Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- maintain high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness
