Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in club management, hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing budgets and making financial decisions
  • Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Preferred certifications including Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service
  • STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, CPR Certification
  • Skilled in handling confidential information
  • Proficient in computer literacy and spreadsheet software
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year experience managing budgets and making sound financial judgments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service preferred
  • STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification preferred
  • Skilled in handling highly confidential material with discretion and integrity
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and spreadsheet software
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
  • Effective team management skills

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business and financial strategy plans for the club
  • Regularly monitor performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments
  • Offer strategic leadership to department heads across key operational areas
  • Recruit, select, develop, and evaluate qualified department heads
  • Guide employee development plans using performance reviews and goal setting
  • Lead recruitment, training, development, and performance management of employees
  • Implement sales, marketing, and net revenue strategies aligned with financial plans
  • Maintain effective expense control and forecasting procedures
  • Ensure the club meets financial obligations and adheres to GAAP
  • Foster member relationships and maintain high-quality facilities
  • Analyze member retention metrics and develop improvement strategies
  • Promote a motivating work environment centered on teamwork and respect
  • Ensure the club operates safely and legally according to regulations
