Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise, which means that the franchisee is the direct employer, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee owns the rights to use McDonald's logos and food products while running the establishment, operating under the McDonald's brand but as a separate business entity. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, supervision, staff scheduling, and disciplinary actions are solely managed by the franchisee. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • experience in quick service restaurants or retail
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • previous general manager experience at high-volume quick service restaurants

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability
  • maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach Department Managers to improve department performance
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
  • ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
