Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- availability to work flexible hours
- commitment to maintaining high customer service standards
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- background in hospitality or retail considered
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to set goals and develop plans to achieve them
Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability and quality
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- lead and support department managers to meet their objectives
- monitor department progress and provide coaching
- recruit, hire, and develop department and shift managers
- ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
