Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • strong problem solving and decision making abilities
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • commitment to maintaining high customer service standards
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • background in hospitality or retail considered
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to set goals and develop plans to achieve them

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability and quality
  • set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
  • lead and support department managers to meet their objectives
  • monitor department progress and provide coaching
  • recruit, hire, and develop department and shift managers
  • ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
