Job Requirements
- Must be licensed administrator (HFA)
- Must have experience in health, human services and/or community services field
- Must be available to work varying hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Licensed healthcare administrator (HFA/RCA)
- Experience in health, human services, or community services field
- Strong knowledge of QAPI and performance management
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance reimbursement processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage crisis and problem-solving effectively
Job Duties
- Lead and manage both clinical and non-clinical operations including QAPI and performance metrics
- Plan and execute staff recruitment, retention, and team development
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State guidelines and advocate for resident rights and safety
- Manage financial operations including Medicare, Medicaid, insurance reimbursements, budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
- Handle crisis management and problem-solving with professionalism and empathy
- Drive revenue growth and census development through strategic initiatives
