Job Requirements

  • Must be licensed administrator (HFA)
  • Must have experience in health, human services and/or community services field
  • Must be available to work varying hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed healthcare administrator (HFA/RCA)
  • Experience in health, human services, or community services field
  • Strong knowledge of QAPI and performance management
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance reimbursement processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage crisis and problem-solving effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage both clinical and non-clinical operations including QAPI and performance metrics
  • Plan and execute staff recruitment, retention, and team development
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State guidelines and advocate for resident rights and safety
  • Manage financial operations including Medicare, Medicaid, insurance reimbursements, budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
  • Handle crisis management and problem-solving with professionalism and empathy
  • Drive revenue growth and census development through strategic initiatives
