Job Requirements
- must be licensed administrator with HFA license
- experience in health, human services or community services
- availability to work varying hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- licensed administrator with HFA or RCA license
- experience in health, human services or community services
- knowledge of skilled nursing operations
- strong leadership and management skills
- understanding of federal and state compliance regulations
- financial acumen including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- lead clinical and non-clinical operations
- manage QAPI and performance metrics
- oversee staff recruitment, retention and development
- ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines
- advocate for resident rights and safety
- manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control and reimbursement
- build trust with residents, families and community partners
