Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant or nightclub management
- Ability to speak fluent English
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to lift or carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to move safely and efficiently within the venue
- Ability to handle food, objects, products, and utensils
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Four year college degree or equivalent with coursework in restaurant management preferred
- At least 5 years experience in restaurant or nightclub management
- Multi unit management experience a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in a high pressure environment
- Fluent English speaker
- Additional language skills preferred
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Proven leadership and effective verbal and written communication
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Internally motivated and detail oriented
- Passion for teaching and developing others
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Control the day-to-day operations within company policies and guidelines
- Maintain a professional company image including cleanliness and uniform standards
- Manage service contracts with outside vendors and entertainment personnel
- Prepare operational statements and financial disclosures and take appropriate actions
- Control profit and loss by managing cash security, inventory, labor, and stock
- Ensure daily deposits and safe counts are completed and cash secured
- Maintain cost of goods sold, nightly reports, and oversee inventory counts
- Respond to customer service needs to uphold high service standards
- Complete financial and payroll duties accurately and timely
- Recruit, hire, train, supervise, motivate, and discipline management team members
- Ensure all staff are properly trained and equipped
- Maintain a safe working and guest environment
- Represent the venue professionally to the community
