Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant or nightclub management
- Ability to lift or carry items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to move safely and efficiently around the venue
- Capability to handle food, objects, products and utensils
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must speak fluent English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 4 year college degree or equivalent with coursework in restaurant management preferred
- At least 5 years experience in restaurant or nightclub management
- Multi-unit management experience a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
- Good people management skills
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Proven leadership and effective verbal and written communication
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Internally motivated and detail oriented
- Passion for teaching and developing others
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Control the day-to-day operations of the venue within the policies and guidelines set forth by the company
- Maintain a professional company image including restaurant and bar cleanliness and proper uniforms
- Manage service contracts with outside vendors including consulting agreements and third-party entertainment vendors
- Prepare operational statements and financial disclosures and take appropriate actions
- Control profit and loss by managing cash, inventory, labor, and financial reports
- Ensure daily deposits are made, safe counts conducted, and venue cash secured at all times
- Maintain cost of goods sold, nightly comps, nightly recap reports, and safe audits by overseeing inventory counts
- Respond to customer service needs to provide the highest standards of service
- Complete financial and personnel/payroll related administrative duties accurately and on time
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, supervise, motivate, take disciplinary action, and terminate team members when necessary
- Ensure all staff is properly trained and equipped to carry out their job functions
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents
- Represent the venue professionally in the community including local businesses, civic organizations, and media
