Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or nightclub management
- Fluency in English
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift or carry up to 75 pounds
- Capability to move safely and efficiently around the venue
- Ability to handle food, products and utensils
- Ability to bend, stoop and kneel
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Four year college degree or equivalent with coursework in restaurant management preferred
- At least 5 years experience in restaurant or nightclub management
- Experience in multi-unit management preferred
- Fluent English speaker
- Good people management skills
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Proven leadership ability
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Internally motivated with attention to detail
- Passion for teaching others
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Control the day-to-day operations of the venue within company policies and guidelines
- Maintain a professional company image including cleanliness and appearance standards
- Manage service contracts with outside vendors and entertainment providers
- Prepare operational statements and financial disclosures and take appropriate actions
- Control profit and loss through cash control procedures, inventory management, labor management, and financial review
- Ensure daily deposits are secured and safe counts are conducted
- Maintain costs of goods sold, nightly comps, recaps, and safe audits
- Respond to customer service needs to uphold high standards of service
- Complete financial and personnel payroll duties accurately and timely
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, supervise, motivate, discipline, and terminate team management members
- Ensure staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs
- Maintain a safe working and guest environment
- Represent the venue professionally to the community and media
