Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or nightclub management
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to lead and manage teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 75 pounds
  • Capability to move safely and efficiently around the venue
  • Ability to handle food, products and utensils
  • Ability to bend, stoop and kneel

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Four year college degree or equivalent with coursework in restaurant management preferred
  • At least 5 years experience in restaurant or nightclub management
  • Experience in multi-unit management preferred
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Good people management skills
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Internally motivated with attention to detail
  • Passion for teaching others
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Control the day-to-day operations of the venue within company policies and guidelines
  • Maintain a professional company image including cleanliness and appearance standards
  • Manage service contracts with outside vendors and entertainment providers
  • Prepare operational statements and financial disclosures and take appropriate actions
  • Control profit and loss through cash control procedures, inventory management, labor management, and financial review
  • Ensure daily deposits are secured and safe counts are conducted
  • Maintain costs of goods sold, nightly comps, recaps, and safe audits
  • Respond to customer service needs to uphold high standards of service
  • Complete financial and personnel payroll duties accurately and timely
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, supervise, motivate, discipline, and terminate team management members
  • Ensure staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs
  • Maintain a safe working and guest environment
  • Represent the venue professionally to the community and media
