- MBA preferred
- 8 years of experience in operations leadership roles, preferably in the print industry
- 5 years of people management experience
- Strong understanding of business operations for print or related businesses

- Strong understanding of print systems and services
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with collaborative ability
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the Print Division including financial oversight and personnel management
- Drive execution of operational strategies to optimize client experience and market expansion
- Provide recommendations and support for strategic plans using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with other Regional General Managers to share best practices and enhance employee and customer experiences
- Ensure customer retention and growth by partnering with sales leaders on strategic initiatives
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring exceptional service
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent promoting professional growth and succession planning
