Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of retail or restaurant management experience
  • proficiency with POS systems required
  • strong understanding of financial management including profit and loss
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
  • passion for healthy lifestyle and customer service
  • willingness to engage with local community and promote brand values

  • experience with point of sale systems
  • knowledge of profit and loss statement review and presentation

Job Duties

  • build and lead a team to provide exceptional guest service
  • oversee and operate all aspects of the store’s daily functions
  • utilize POS system effectively to maximize sales and manage transactions
  • audit and handle cash accurately ensuring compliance with company procedures
  • maintain food safety standards by inspecting and correcting food storage and preparation
  • manage profit and loss, food costs, and labor costs to achieve financial objectives
  • foster community relationships through partnerships, promotions, and sampling events
