Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years hospitality management experience including recent assistant or general manager roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods and navigate stairs
- Must obtain necessary licenses and certifications to comply with location laws
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of hospitality management experience with at least 3 recent years as assistant general manager or general manager
- Strong leadership ability and willingness to lead by example
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Upbeat energy and enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and manage customer expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to be present in the space on evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods and maneuver stairs
- Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location
Job Duties
- Drive revenue through simulator rentals, food and beverage sales, and league sales
- Recruit, hire, and train social staff
- Actively evaluate employee performance to ensure daily business needs are met
- Manage and oversee all operations of the social side of the business including leagues, simulator rental experiences, event execution, facilities maintenance, food and beverage service, and social staff scheduling
- Take pride and ownership of each guest’s enjoyment ensuring above-and-beyond service standards for all staff
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services including technology, lessons, leagues, memberships, and food and beverage offerings using this expertise to confidently sell and cross-sell
- Manage the social P&L of the location monitoring and reducing labor and operating costs
- Build relationships within the community fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business through marketing efforts
- Collaborate with team members and communicate needs to corporate representatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws including alcohol service laws
