Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years hospitality management experience including recent assistant or general manager roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and high energy
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods and navigate stairs
  • Must obtain necessary licenses and certifications to comply with location laws

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hospitality management experience with at least 3 recent years as assistant general manager or general manager
  • Strong leadership ability and willingness to lead by example
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Upbeat energy and enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Ability to think on your feet and manage customer expectations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to be present in the space on evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods and maneuver stairs
  • Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location

Job Duties

  • Drive revenue through simulator rentals, food and beverage sales, and league sales
  • Recruit, hire, and train social staff
  • Actively evaluate employee performance to ensure daily business needs are met
  • Manage and oversee all operations of the social side of the business including leagues, simulator rental experiences, event execution, facilities maintenance, food and beverage service, and social staff scheduling
  • Take pride and ownership of each guest’s enjoyment ensuring above-and-beyond service standards for all staff
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services including technology, lessons, leagues, memberships, and food and beverage offerings using this expertise to confidently sell and cross-sell
  • Manage the social P&L of the location monitoring and reducing labor and operating costs
  • Build relationships within the community fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business through marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate needs to corporate representatives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws including alcohol service laws
