Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Spend 25% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport
- spend 30% of time on administrative responsibilities
- spend 45% partnering with key airport stakeholders and business partners
- build stakeholder relationships with TSA, airline and airport partners
- support needs and inquiries in a timely manner, escalating as necessary
- manage day-to-day operations of a team of Ambassadors and Managers utilizing CLEAR technology
- drive achievement of KPIs and metrics for the airport P&L
- hire, develop and sustain a diverse team
- performance manage salaried and hourly team members
- drive employee engagement and accountability
- manage labor, payroll and scheduling oversight
