Job Duties

  • Partner with American Express and Delta stakeholders to deliver long-term strategy to achieve the industry’s most valuable co-brand portfolio
  • Drive technology implementations that build new capabilities for direct customer marketing and improve existing customer experience
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and credit card competitive environment
  • Evaluate and prioritize pipeline of new products and features to engage existing customers and differentiate Delta's co-brand portfolio
  • Lead and develop a strong team supporting growth and delivering insights
  • Negotiate new contractual agreements with American Express and ensure delivery of existing agreements
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver presentations to senior leaders inside and outside of Delta
