Job Requirements
- 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience
- Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work on equipment and get your hands dirty
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines
- Valid driver's license and compliance with company driving standards
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer and team-facing leadership experience
- Experience in restaurant management or similar customer service industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic administrative skills
- Capability to perform physical tasks required by the role
Job Duties
- Lead a small team of 10-15 employees while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun
- Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service
- Perform limited administrative work and quick equipment checks
- Attract, recruit, train, and develop employees at every position
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms
- Make quick problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
