- 3+ years of customer and team facing leadership experience

- willingness to work on equipment and get hands dirty
- ability to stand for long hours
- willingness to work in all weather conditions
- drug screen and background check required
- ability to lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- ability to perform job duties safely in fast-paced team environment
- availability for work outside normal business hours
- valid driver's license and driving compliance

Job Duties
- Lead a small team of 10-15 employees, create a culture emphasizing teamwork and fun, operate in a fast-paced structured environment, provide exceptional guest experiences with quality and friendly service, perform limited administrative work and equipment checks, attract recruit train and develop employees at every position, maintain clean organized facility landscaping and equipment rooms
