Job Requirements
- Minimum of a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field
- 8 years of relevant experience or 4-year degree with 6 years of experience
- preferably possess General Manager experience in a limited or full-service property
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- demonstrated career growth in the property industry showcasing exceptional performance

Job Duties
- Drive property performance through effective implementation of service strategies and business plans
- hold the leadership team accountable for executing strategies that enhance guest experiences and boost market share

- lead sales and marketing initiatives to generate revenue and maximize occupancy rates
- foster a high-performing team through effective communication, coaching, and development opportunities
