Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years of management experience
- minimum 3 years of functional experience in culinary or food service operations
- strong culinary production background, ideally in healthcare or retail settings
- experience with seniors or healthcare sector
- ability to develop trust and build client relationships
- demonstrated experience managing a culinary team
- exceptional human resource skills
- hands-on and innovative leadership approach
- ability to make independent sound business decisions within company guidelines
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting
- expert knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety compliance
