Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 3 years of management experience
  • minimum 3 years of functional experience in culinary or food service operations
  • strong culinary production background, ideally in healthcare or retail settings
  • experience with seniors or healthcare sector
  • ability to develop trust and build client relationships
  • demonstrated experience managing a culinary team
  • exceptional human resource skills
  • hands-on and innovative leadership approach
  • ability to make independent sound business decisions within company guidelines
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting
  • expert knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety compliance
