Job Requirements

  • associate degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2 years management experience
  • minimum of 2 years experience in culinary or food service operations
  • passion for high level customer service and culinary arts
  • ability to build client relationships
  • hands-on leadership approach
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • sound business decision-making within company guidelines
  • financial management experience in food service operations
  • compliance knowledge for food safety and workplace standards

Job Qualifications

  • associate degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2 years management experience
  • minimum of 2 years functional experience in culinary or food service operations
  • strong culinary production background
  • experience managing a culinary team
  • demonstrated human resource management skills
  • ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
  • strong financial acumen
  • expertise in food safety and sanitation compliance

Job Duties

  • oversee day-to-day dining and culinary operations
  • control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved
  • ensure the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are maintained
  • provide technical training and expertise, coaching and leadership to the culinary production team
  • work side by side with staff as needed to support operations
  • develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • manage compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
