- 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- Experience with Point of Sale systems
- Ability to manage profit and loss statements
- Skills in food and labor cost management
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
- Strong cash handling skills
- Familiarity with California labor laws
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Passion for promoting healthy lifestyle choices
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- Proficiency with Point of Sale systems, NCR knowledge is a plus
- Experience reviewing and presenting profit and loss statements
- Skills in food and labor cost management
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Cash handling proficiency
- Understanding of California labor laws
- Passion for healthy food and healthy living
- Flexible schedule

Job Duties
- Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Hire, train, and coach staff to uphold brand standards
- Manage daily store operations including cash handling and POS system usage
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and public health standards
- Oversee store profit and loss statements and meet financial targets
- Handle employee issues sensitively and in line with HR policies
- Promote the brand through community partnerships and in-store promotions
