Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- experience with Point of Sale systems
- ability to manage profit and loss statements
- skills in food and labor cost management
- proficiency in food preparation and cash handling
- knowledge of California labor laws
- strong communication and leadership skills
- availability to work flexible hours based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- strong leadership skills with 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- experience with Point of Sale systems, NCR knowledge is a plus
- ability to review and present profit and loss statements
- skills in managing food and labor costs
- experience in food preparation
- proficiency in cash handling
- working knowledge of California labor laws

Job Duties
- build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- operate the store to ensure brand standards are met
- hire, train, and coach employees
- manage daily store operations including cash handling and auditing
- oversee food safety and compliance with health regulations
- analyze and manage financial performance including profit and loss statements
- promote the brand through community partnerships and promotions
