Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in retail or restaurant
- Proficient with point of sale systems
- Basic understanding of financial statements
- Knowledge of food handling and safety standards
- Skill in managing labor and food costs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- Experience with point of sale systems, NCR knowledge a plus
- Ability to review and present profit and loss statements
- Skilled in food cost management
- Skilled in labor cost management
- Knowledgeable in food preparation
- Experienced in cash handling
- Familiar with California labor laws
- Passionate about healthy food and living
- Flexible schedule
- Multilingual ability a plus
Job Duties
- Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Operate and oversee all aspects of the store's daily functions
- Hire, train, coach, and develop employees
- Manage sales performance and key performance indicators
- Handle cash and audit cash handling procedures
- Ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations
- Manage store profit and loss statements
- Resolve employee issues with care and follow HR protocols
- Promote the brand through local community engagement and partnerships
