Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or similar leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and compliance
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry preferably in a hotel setting

Job Duties

  • Lead mentor and motivate the management team and staff to achieve operational excellence
  • Manage budgets financial reports and operational performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations
