Job Requirements
- Three years of experience in a restaurant general management or leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front and back of house procedures
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with labor scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and profitable shift
- Lead, coach, and develop team members across all departments to uphold performance standards and foster a positive work environment
- Ensure outstanding guest service and promptly resolve any customer concerns or issues
- Manage labor and food cost targets while maintaining quality and service standards
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and control waste to optimize cost and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for staff
- Schedule staff effectively based on business needs, labor goals, and employee availability
- Collaborate with marketing and operations leadership to implement local promotions and initiatives
- Create and maintain a culture that reflects Seis Kitchen's mission, values, and commitment to excellence
