- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years experience in quick service restaurant
- at least 2 years experience in leadership role
- ability to lift 10-50 lbs
- clear speaking and hearing abilities
- proficiency in computer operations including desktop and tablet
- valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Maintain fast, accurate service
- provide excellent customer service and model restaurant hospitality
- respond to guest questions, concerns and complaints promptly
- train, develop, coach and evaluate employee performance
- ensure full implementation of training systems
- maximize store sales goals versus budget
- participate in marketing programs
- oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
- train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
- collaborate with leadership team to meet sales goals
- manage food and labor costs
- execute company policies ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws
- monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- maintain safe working conditions
- manage employees to encourage growth and reduce turnover
- develop long-term sales growth initiatives
- handle new hire life cycle including interview and selection process
- identify problems and initiate corrective actions
- ensure continual improvement of quality, service and cleanliness
- identify and develop internal candidates for management and shift lead positions
