Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years experience in quick service restaurant
  • at least 2 years experience in leadership role
  • ability to lift 10-50 lbs
  • clear speaking and hearing abilities
  • proficiency in computer operations including desktop and tablet
  • valid driver's license

  • At least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years QSR experience with 2+ years in leadership
  • excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • effective verbal and written communication
  • highly motivated and organized
  • demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • ability to take direction from higher-level positions
  • comfortable in fast-paced environment
  • proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate employees

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service
  • provide excellent customer service and model restaurant hospitality
  • respond to guest questions, concerns and complaints promptly
  • train, develop, coach and evaluate employee performance
  • ensure full implementation of training systems
  • maximize store sales goals versus budget
  • participate in marketing programs
  • oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
  • train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
  • collaborate with leadership team to meet sales goals
  • manage food and labor costs
  • execute company policies ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws
  • monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
  • maintain safe working conditions
  • manage employees to encourage growth and reduce turnover
  • develop long-term sales growth initiatives
  • handle new hire life cycle including interview and selection process
  • identify problems and initiate corrective actions
  • ensure continual improvement of quality, service and cleanliness
  • identify and develop internal candidates for management and shift lead positions
