Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to lift equipment and cases of product weighing 10-50 lbs
- ability to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
- ability to operate a computer (desktop, tablet, etc)
- valid driver’s license
- willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years QSR experience
- 2+ years in a leadership position
- excellent prioritization skills
- strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- highly motivated and organized
- demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- able to take direction from higher-level individuals
- comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate employees
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Maintain fast, accurate service
- provide excellent customer service
- model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
- train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
- ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
- oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
- train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
- work with leadership team to meet sales goals
- manage food and labor costs
- execute company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- monitor food inventory levels and order products when necessary
- manage and maintain safe working conditions
- manage employees in a manner that encourages growth and reduces turnover
- focus efforts on developing long-term sales growth initiatives
- manage new hire life cycle including interview, selection, and training
- anticipate and identify problems and initiate corrective action
- ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
- identify and develop internal candidates for management and shift lead positions
