Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to lift equipment and cases of product weighing 10-50 lbs
  • ability to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
  • ability to operate a computer (desktop, tablet, etc)
  • valid driver’s license
  • willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years QSR experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership position
  • excellent prioritization skills
  • strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • highly motivated and organized
  • demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • able to take direction from higher-level individuals
  • comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate employees

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service
  • provide excellent customer service
  • model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
  • train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
  • ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
  • maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
  • oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
  • train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
  • work with leadership team to meet sales goals
  • manage food and labor costs
  • execute company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • monitor food inventory levels and order products when necessary
  • manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • manage employees in a manner that encourages growth and reduces turnover
  • focus efforts on developing long-term sales growth initiatives
  • manage new hire life cycle including interview, selection, and training
  • anticipate and identify problems and initiate corrective action
  • ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • identify and develop internal candidates for management and shift lead positions
