Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or related field, or Associate's degree with 5-7 years of related experience
- minimum of five years of operational foodservice management experience including high-volume environments
- availability to work nights and weekends
- ability to work up to 60 hours per week
- strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, costing, production, and marketing
- experience with P&L management
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or related field, or Associate's degree with 5-7 years of related experience
- at least five years of operational foodservice management experience, including high-volume environments
- strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, costing, production, and marketing
- experience with P&L management and contract foodservice operations
- multi-unit leadership experience preferred
- experience in cash retail operations and retail marketing
- strong leadership, supervisory, coaching, and communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems
- CDM certification preferred
Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of foodservice operations with a proven record of success
- ensure all service and management timelines are met
- manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and overall financial performance
- build strong, professional relationships with clients, customers, and associates
- resolve issues quickly using sound judgment and proactive leadership
- conduct management meetings and guide teams toward operational excellence
- audit units for compliance with company, regulatory, and safety standards
- hire, train, and develop management-level associates
- oversee high-volume operations, including a cafe with more than 3,000 daily transactions
