Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or related field, or Associate's degree with 5-7 years of related experience
  • minimum of five years of operational foodservice management experience including high-volume environments
  • availability to work nights and weekends
  • ability to work up to 60 hours per week
  • strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, costing, production, and marketing
  • experience with P&L management
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or related field, or Associate's degree with 5-7 years of related experience
  • at least five years of operational foodservice management experience, including high-volume environments
  • strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, costing, production, and marketing
  • experience with P&L management and contract foodservice operations
  • multi-unit leadership experience preferred
  • experience in cash retail operations and retail marketing
  • strong leadership, supervisory, coaching, and communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems
  • CDM certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of foodservice operations with a proven record of success
  • ensure all service and management timelines are met
  • manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and overall financial performance
  • build strong, professional relationships with clients, customers, and associates
  • resolve issues quickly using sound judgment and proactive leadership
  • conduct management meetings and guide teams toward operational excellence
  • audit units for compliance with company, regulatory, and safety standards
  • hire, train, and develop management-level associates
  • oversee high-volume operations, including a cafe with more than 3,000 daily transactions
