Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of operational foodservice management experience
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume foodservice operations
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Capacity to work up to 60 hours per week
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to build professional relationships
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or related field
  • or Associate's degree with 5-7 years of related experience
  • At least five years of operational foodservice management experience, including high-volume environments
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, costing, production, and marketing
  • Experience with P&L management and contract foodservice operations
  • Multi-unit leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in cash retail operations and retail marketing
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, coaching, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems
  • CDM certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of foodservice operations with a proven record of success
  • Ensure all service and management timelines are met
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and overall financial performance
  • Build strong, professional relationships with clients, customers, and associates
  • Resolve issues quickly using sound judgment and proactive leadership
  • Conduct management meetings and guide teams toward operational excellence
  • Audit units for compliance with company, regulatory, and safety standards
  • Hire, train, and develop management-level associates
  • Oversee high-volume operations, including a cafe with more than 3,000 daily transactions
