Job Requirements

  • minimum 3 years retail or restaurant management experience
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • knowledge of profit and loss management
  • ability to manage food and labor costs
  • food preparation skills
  • cash handling capability
  • familiarity with local labor laws
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • availability for flexible work hours
  • commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • strong leadership skills with 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
  • experience with point of sale systems, NCR knowledge a plus
  • strong understanding of profit and loss statements
  • ability to manage food and labor costs
  • food preparation skills
  • cash handling experience
  • working knowledge of California labor laws
  • passion for healthy food and healthy living
  • flexibility with work schedule
  • multilingual ability a plus

Job Duties

  • build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • operate store operations including hiring, training, coaching, and problem-solving
  • manage sales performance and profit and loss statements
  • ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations
  • handle cash management and auditing processes
  • promote brand through community partnerships and promotions
  • maintain POS system expertise and maximize point of purchase sales
