Job Requirements
- minimum 3 years retail or restaurant management experience
- proficiency in POS systems
- knowledge of profit and loss management
- ability to manage food and labor costs

Job Duties
- build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- operate store operations including hiring, training, coaching, and problem-solving
- manage sales performance and profit and loss statements
- ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations
- handle cash management and auditing processes
- promote brand through community partnerships and promotions
- maintain POS system expertise and maximize point of purchase sales
