- 3-5 years retail or restaurant management experience
- proficiency in point of sale systems
- experience handling profit and loss statements
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to manage cash handling procedures
- understanding of California labor laws
- passion for healthy food
- flexible to work varied hours based on business needs

- experience with point of sale systems, NCR knowledge a plus
