Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Proficiency in reviewing Profit and Loss statements
- Skills in food cost and labor cost management
- Food preparation skills
- Cash handling experience
- Knowledge of California labor laws
- Passionate about healthy food and lifestyle
- Availability for flexible scheduling
- Multilingual skills preferred
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems, NCR knowledge is a plus
- Ability to review and present Profit and Loss statements
- Proficient in food cost and labor cost management
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Cash handling expertise
- Working knowledge of California labor laws
- Passion for healthy food and healthy living
- Flexible schedule
- Multilingual ability is a plus
Job Duties
- Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Operate daily store activities including opening and closing procedures
- Hire, train, and coach employees to develop skills and maintain company standards
- Manage sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve financial goals
- Oversee all cash handling and audit cash procedures regularly
- Ensure food safety and quality by inspecting food storage and preparation practices
- Engage with local community through partnerships, promotions, and sampling events
