Job Duties
- Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations
- maintain a guest-first mentality to ensure excellent customer service
- oversee hiring, training, and development of restaurant staff
- manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
- ensure compliance with McDonald's policies, procedures, and safety standards
- drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities
