Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2-3 years of experience in high-volume bar management or related field
  • experience bartending or serving in a high-volume bar or restaurant
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • proficiency with POS systems
  • knowledge of alcohol safety certifications
  • effective communication and team-building abilities
  • ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead and manage daily operations of the bar
  • oversee and coach bar staff to deliver exceptional guest service
  • manage labor scheduling and payroll processes
  • maintain inventory control and product management
  • ensure compliance with company brand standards and safety regulations
  • handle bar maintenance and repair issues promptly
