Job Qualifications
- minimum 2-3 years of experience in high-volume bar management or related field
- experience bartending or serving in a high-volume bar or restaurant

- proficiency with POS systems
- knowledge of alcohol safety certifications
- effective communication and team-building abilities
- ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- lead and manage daily operations of the bar
- oversee and coach bar staff to deliver exceptional guest service
