Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management preferably in a casino environment
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- strong computer skills including knowledge of restaurant management software
- physical ability to perform restaurant related tasks
- valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- excellent English communication skills

Job Duties
- Practice support and promote company-wide culture and service standards
- enforce company policies and negotiated union contracts among team members
- manage inventory and order food beverages equipment and supplies
- inspect supplies equipment and work areas
- schedule staff hours and assign duties
- maintain budgets payroll records and review financial transactions
- ensure team members exceed guest service standards
- oversee food preparation portion sizes and presentation
- respond and solve front-of-house guest issues timely and efficiently
- interview hire and train new team members and audit training standards
- maintain quality control of products and services
- evaluate and oversee job performance and hold subordinates accountable
- conduct monthly inventories of food and beverages
