Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of retail food service management experience within a high volume institution such as a hospital university or business dining
- Marketing merchandising and cash handling experience
- Knowledge of brand renovations and construction
- Experience managing multiple outlets such as cafeteria coffee shop/kiosk convenience store and grab & go formats
- Solid computer skills including experience implementing or maintaining retail technology
- Strong financial acumen
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Healthcare experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Deliver strong operational performance by executing against Aramark Healthcare+ and regulatory agency standards and programs continually monitoring operations and completing assessments and necessary action plans to provide optimal merchandise quality and service
- Drive customer satisfaction by utilizing customer feedback to respond to customer needs and improve retail services
- Ensure compliance to sanitation and general workplace safety standards
- Oversee all retail and catering operations including cash handling marketing and merchandising product presentation quality and cost control catering retail systems and technology
- Develop and implement retail services plan to improve service quality and profitability of service areas
- Interact with client management and maintain effective client and customer relations at all levels including conducting rounding and identifying Aramark service expansion opportunities
- Provide overall direction and manage performance for retail managers supervisors and/or front line staff ensuring employee development engagement and compliance with human resource related policies including conducting applicable rounding
- Develop operational component forecasts and explain variances
- Schedule and manage food service activities in compliance with Aramark healthcare food service systems
- Adapt to changing job duties as necessary to meet commitments and improve service
