  • Develop and implement the restaurant's annual operating plan
  • Continuously analyze sales, labor, inventory, and other controllables to ensure financial targets are met
  • Ensure that the restaurant maintains high standards for equipment and facility upkeep
  • Monitor daily operations for compliance with company procedures, focusing on service speed and quality
  • Oversee all HR functions, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations
  • Ensure a positive working environment and compliance with regulations
