Job Duties
- Ensure quick, accurate service and maintain positive guest relations while adhering to company quality standards
- Address customer issues proactively and resolve complaints efficiently
- Develop and implement the restaurant's annual operating plan
- Continuously analyze sales, labor, inventory, and other controllables to ensure financial targets are met
- Ensure that the restaurant maintains high standards for equipment and facility upkeep
- Monitor daily operations for compliance with company procedures, focusing on service speed and quality
- Oversee all HR functions, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations
- Ensure a positive working environment and compliance with regulations
