Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to various restaurant locations
- Valid work authorization in the US

- Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Conduct recruitment and interviews for restaurant management positions
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate management teams including assistant managers and shift leaders
- Implement corporate policies and procedures
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop staff through training and performance management
