Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
valid driver’s license preferred
strong organizational and multitasking skills
proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems
ability to maintain composure in high pressure environments

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or related supervisory roles
strong leadership and team management skills
excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets
experience in staff training and development
proficiency in scheduling and operational logistics

Job Duties

Manage restaurant operations and staff to achieve sales and service goals
oversee daily kitchen and dining room functions to ensure quality standards
lead hiring, training, and development of team members
maintain inventory control and ordering to optimize costs
implement health and safety regulations and compliance
resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
collaborate with senior management on marketing and promotional activities
