Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • valid driver’s license preferred
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems
  • ability to maintain composure in high pressure environments

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or related supervisory roles
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations and staff to achieve sales and service goals
  • oversee daily kitchen and dining room functions to ensure quality standards
