Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- proven leadership in managing a profitable restaurant
- ability to manage and coach a team of managers

Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurant management preferred
- hospitality or retail management experience considered
- strong leadership and team development skills
- effective communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties
- manage restaurant operations to maximize profitability
- ensure adherence to McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- lead and develop department and shift managers
